2 Peach Tea Bag
250ml Water boiling
183ml Sugar white
4-8 Basil Leaves
2 Peaches thinly sliced
750ml Prosecco (Sparkling Wine)

Prosecco is a sparkling wine from Italy not unlike Champagne from France.  Use South African sparkling wine instead of Prosecco.

Done

Pop tea bags into water and infuse to make a strong tea

Place tea and sugar in a pot and boil to reduce by half and create a simple syrup. Cool.

Place 1 Tbsp (15 ml) peach syrup at the bottom of each champagne flute

Add 2 peach slices and 1 basil leaf and top with ice cold Prosecco
