Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1-2 Smoked trout fillets hot or cold
1 Cumber seeded and shaved into ribbons
1 Avacado diced
2 cups (500ml) Baby herb salad leaves
4 Nectarines sliced
handful Coriander leaves
2 Spring onions finely sliced
1Tbsp (15ml) Fish sauce
1Tbsp (15ml) Honey
2Tbsp (30ml) Rice vinegar
2Tbsp (30m) Canola seed oil
1tsp (5ml) Sesame seed oil
1Tsp (15ml) Ginger finely chopped
1 Red Chilli diced

1. If using uncooked trout, pan fry for 3 minutes a side, rest and then flake
